Ready to Reconnect Program
Workforce development is critical to the continued growth and development of Nashville. Through a $7.8 million dollar grant approved by the Metro Council, using funds from the American Rescue Plan, The Urban League of Middle Tennessee and ¶¹ÄÌÊÓÆµ Community College are working collaboratively with industry, community, nonprofit, faith-based, and governmental organizations to expand the vision of workforce development and strengthen family foundations in Davidson County.

- Must be unemployed or underemployed (earning less than $15/hour)
